Founded by Robert Fuller

Robert has over 15 years of experience in the UK healthcare sector, both as an employee of the NHS and as a service provider to it.

With over 10 years of experience in recruitment and workforce planning, and as the founder of Resource Finder, Robert has built the business from the ground up and now oversees the business and its employees located globally, serving a significant proportion of NHS clients throughout the United Kingdom.

Possessing strong strategic and operational management, Robert has been instrumental in developing some of the most successful, accessible, and trusted recruitment pathways that are now relied upon by the NHS. In addition, these pathways are also trusted by thousands of medical and healthcare professionals respectively.

It all began in 2013

2013 - Resource Finder is born

A small operation focusing heavily on the supply of medical, nursing and AHP candidates located within Europe.

2015 - Growth and Success

Resource Finder’s presence and connectivity extend from within Europe to further afield, predominantly the Philippines, with the development of unique support pathways for candidates aspiring to work in the UK.

2017 - Enhancement in recruitment pathways

Enhancement in recruitment pathways and funding to support increasing recruitment demands.

Due to Resource Finder’s strength and growing reputation, additional investments are made into more comprehensive candidate pathways with more ‘fully funded’ opportunities for candidates to access employment within the NHS with reduced financial barriers; consequently, Resource Finder become vital in supporting several NHS trusts with their medical recruitment needs year to year.

2020 - Evaluate and build

Like many, Resource Finder’s progress and growth were halted during the effects of Covid-19. However, true to the spirit of the company, the opportunity to reflect and build on the business’s strengths became a significant spring board post-pandemic.

2021 - Post-pandemic recovery

Above everything else here at Resource Finder, we care deeply about the wellbeing of each candidate we place to work in the UK. We go above and beyond to support candidates with a seamless recruitment process.

2022 - Record breaking outcomes

The most successful year to date for the business with new office locations, the introduction of additional services and functions, including clinical education and accommodation.
