We have supplied this client with 20-30 international nurses per month from the Philippines, India and UAE to work within the divisions of medicine (critical care, emergency department, NICU, paediatrics, AAU, endoscopy, general medicine and DME and surgery (theatres and perioperative). We have also recently completed a project for 80 nurses for critical care, ICU and NICU with the full process from sourcing to deployment completed within 4 months (December 2021-March 2022).
Pastoral care arrangements include management of CoS/visa applications, booking flights, airport meet/greet/transfers, and OSCE management, supporting candidates to achieve full NMC registration within 6 weeks of arrival. Hull does not offer onsite accommodation, so we negotiated free accommodation for the first month with a private lettings agency that run an 88-room HMO opposite the hospital with us acting as guarantor for tenancy agreements. This has enabled us to attract nurses to Hull in the volumes required.
