Cydney’s career journey started as an HR Admin Apprentice in 2018 within the Care industry, where the role had grown into more of a recruitment-based role.

This then led to her joining Resource Finder, supporting the recruitment team, and ensuring our candidates and clients are looked after at every step of their recruitment journey. Cydney says; ‘There is a great deal of satisfaction when a candidate is ready to join a company, knowing I’ve helped them start their journey.’
