Megan Crumpton

Megan holds the responsibility for all client-facing aspects of our service. She attends all mobilisation meetings for each project with the clients’ Recruitment and Clinical Teams, scoping needs, anticipating/mitigating risks and ensuring expectations are achievable/requirements are understood by all parties.

Megan is the key point of contact throughout each project and will liaise with our operational teams including Resourcing, Compliance & Administration, Clinical and Pastoral Care to ensure that the service is joined up and we consistently achieve agreed service levels. She will work with our Head of Recruitment to develop a project plan for each campaign and will continuously review performance, presenting management information to the Trust at agreed intervals to ensure we remain on track. Megan will handle client queries, resolve problems and act as the lynchpin for all operational aspects of our service. On completion of each campaign, she will attend the end of project review meeting to establish any lessons learnt to drive continuous improvement for future cohorts.
