HR & Recruitment Manager
Sarrah is responsible for managing the candidate pipeline from application to job offer in alignment with the project plan. Being a native of the Philippines, Sarrah liaises with our overseas offices and in-country partners, driving candidate attraction activity and handling briefing and screening of prospective nurses.
Sarrah acts as the key point of contact for candidates, with responsibility for providing information, establishing their personal circumstances and giving advice and guidance to help them understand the process and make well-informed decisions. She will organise interviews (liaising with the Clinical Manager as necessary) and act as a bridge with the Compliance Team to move nurses through the vetting process efficiently. She arranges client interviews, provides nurses with pre-interview support and manages all associated administration. At the point of a job offer, Sarrah will liaise with The Finance, Administration & Compliance Manager to ensure all visa and travel-related administration is managed, and pre-arrival arrangements are made and support a seamless transfer to our Pastoral Care Team.
Sarrah is an HR and Management Graduate from the Philippines with almost 10 years of experience in HR and recruitment. She has been in the UK for two years, having migrated to be with her husband, who was one of Resource Finder’s first overseas nurses. Sarrah joined Resource Finder after working in the HR department of Hull College where she was responsible for the recruitment of international students.
