We may update and change our site from time to time.
You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:

These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Resource Finder Referral Programme: Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY: Only candidates and clients registered with Resource Finder are eligible to refer people under this scheme.
Entry into the Resource Finder Referral Scheme is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions:
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The referral gift (£50 Love2Shop voucher) detailed in this scheme is a net payment. Resource Finder is responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral bonus.
In the event that Resource Finder is, for any reason, unable to procure the indicated gift, we reserve the right to substitute a gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
No referral gift amount is payable if a referred person works in a temporary position through Resource Finder outside the UK, or is placed at an Resource Finder client in permanent employment outside the UK.
“We guarantee that rewards will be paid out within a month of the date we deploy a candidate.
There is no cap on the number of referrals a person can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly.
If two or more people refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards.
Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position.
The referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral gift under this scheme if the referred person(s) is already on the Resource Finder database and/or his/her/their/information/profile/resume has already been received by Resource Finder by other means prior to the date of referral.
The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being submitted to Resource Finder for this scheme before the date of the referral. The referrer will indemnify Resource Finder for any loss or claim arising out of the referrer’s failure to procure such consent.
It is the referrer’s responsibility to contact their Resource Finder recruitment consultant in order to claim their referral gift.
If the referral prize is not collected within 90 days of the referral gift being offered, Resource Finder reserves the right to withdraw the gift.
Candidates can only be referred to Resource Finder once. In the event that a candidate is referred to Resource Finder more than once by the same referrer and/or by other referrers, only the first referrer will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme. Resource Finder reserves the right of judgement, and all decisions are final.
Permanent employees and contract and temporary workers working directly for Resource Finder are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
Resource Finder accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize for reasons beyond its control.
Resource Finder makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, Resource Finder is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the scheme or acceptance of the prize.
£50 value includes all taxes, fees and shipping. Some conditions and exclusions apply.
Resource Finder reserves the right to terminate the referral scheme at any time.

3. Nursing to Nurture Programme: Terms & Conditions
Only candidates deployed by Resource Finder from 1st April 2023 are eligible to nominate and take part in the Nursing to Nurture programme.
Usage of the Nursing to Nurture programme is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions:
Only one nurse sponsorship nomination is allowed per nurse deployed by Resource Finder.
Nominations are free to make. No fee is charged.
The nominee must be a nursing student working towards a Batchelor’s Degree in Nursing or Midwifery or have a Batchelor’s Degree in Nursing or Midwifery and is working as a nurse in a hospital / clinical / medical setting to be eligible to be nominated. Registered nurses that have not actively worked as a nurse for a period of time are still eligible to be nominated if the support of the Nursing to Nurture programme will enable them to begin working as a nurse again in their home country.
There is no restriction on the home country the nominator was deployed from but the nominated person must reside in the home country of the nurse that Resource Finder deployed.
The nominated person must be notified and have consented to their details being submitted to Resource Finder for this programme before the date of the nomination. The nominator will indemnify Resource Finder for any loss or claim arising from the nominator’s failure to procure such consent.
There is no cost to the nominated person to receive support from the Nursing to Nurture programme. No fee will ever have to be paid back to Resource Finder. There is no obligation on the nominated person to ever be deployed in the future by Resource Finder or to work in the UK.
The types of financial support the Nursing to Nurture programme will cover include:
- Support towards university equipment, books and supplies required when studying for Batchelor’s Nursing or Midwifery degree
- Board exam fees
- Board exam review programmes
- Career development programmes
- Nursing licence renewal
Upon completion of the nominated person’s support for the items listed above, confirmation or certification of the completion must be sent to Resource Finder within one month of completion for validation.
If the Nursing to Nurture support offered is not collected/actioned within six months of the date of nomination, Resource Finder reserves the right to withdraw the support.
The maximum amount of financial support per nomination is £200.
No cash alternative is available for the support categories above. Payment for Board Exams, Board Exam Review, university equipment, books and supplies, career development programmes or licence renewals will be made directly to the relevant company or institution on behalf of the nominated person. No bank transfer of money will be made to the nominee. Bookings are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Nominations can only be made via the nomination form online contained in our deployed nurse’s welcome email and Nursing to Nurture leaflets contained in their Welcome Pack upon arrival to the UK.
Nominations by email, phone, text message, WhatsApp or other means will not be accepted.
Resource Finder’s decisions are final, and awards will be made at their discretion.
Not all the nominations may be processed if Resource Finder considers that the nomination criteria have not been met.
Additional support may be offered at Resource Finder’s discretion.
Resource Finder makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or suitability of the eligible areas of support from Nursing to Nurture. To the extent permitted by law, Resource Finder is not liable for any loss or damage that is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the programme or acceptance of the support.
Resource Finder reserves the right to terminate the Nursing to Nurture programme at any time.
