In April, Resource Finder featured in a Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust article about starting their international recruitment campaign almost five years ago, offering internationally educated nurses the chance to work in East Yorkshire.
316 nurses, mainly from the Philippines but also from Nepal, have started working at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital in that time. They are also happy with their retention rate of more than 97%. Demonstrating that, once in Hull, nurses are more than happy to stay.
