Scheme to support nurses in countries targeted for NHS recruitment
An international nursing recruitment agency has pledged funding to financially support nurses to remain in countries that are targeted to fill NHS vacancies.
Resource Finder, which recruits nurses from countries including the Philippines, India, Africa and the United Arab Emirates as well as from Europe to come to the UK to work in the NHS, has committed £100,000 a year to “help tackle the global nursing shortage”.
