Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust

Resource Finder started working with Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in November 2021 when we signed a contract to supply 20 Critical Care nurses.  The first 10 of these nurses were successfully deployed in March 2022 and a further 10 between April and June 2022 (all with critical care experience and NMC verified at the point of the offer).  

We are now working on a further requirement for 20 Cardiovascular Care nurses and to date, have fulfilled almost 50% of the requirement after one week of interviews.

We have worked closely with the Trust to not only recruit staff for the immediate requirements but also develop effective operational processes to streamline the recruitment process for use on future projects and with clinical teams who have limited experience in international nurse recruitment.
